The Not Just Gin team is made up of friendly and enthusiastic professionals, all with a shared passion for the evermore popular spirit, gin! At the helm of the business is Lottie, who is the proud owner of Not Just Gin and has over 10 years experience within events and hospitality.
Lottie invested in Not Just Gin during the COVID pandemic lockdown in 2020 whilst on furlough at her previous job as a corporate events coordinator. During a time when the events industry faced serious challenges, Lottie saw an opportunity to develop the brand and focus on smaller outdoor events. As the business grew rapidly, it wasn’t long before Lottie bid farewell to her 9 to 5 role to peruse her dream of owning her own business!
The Not Just Gin brand was established in Chesham, Buckinghamshire, in 2018 by three budding entrepreneurs, who sourced and converted an original 1970’s Rice Beaufort horse trailer and toured across the UK, selling gins from start-up distillers at various private events and festivals.
The business’ predecessors have since moved on to pastures new, however the Not Just Gin brand lives on and is now based in Wadhurst, East Sussex. Not Just Gin’s ethos has always been to support local drinks suppliers wherever possible, and although the business has relocated, it’s ethos still remains!
Lottie and her team pride themselves in ensuring you and your guests are well looked after and that no glass is left empty!
