The Not Just Gin team is a (nearly) all female team made up of friendly and experienced professionals with a shared passion for delivering a high quality hospitality service and making sure you and your guests have an unforgettable experience. Not only can the team serve up a superb drink but they are also quick on their feet, ensuring your event runs seamlessly and that no glass is left empty!  As the team know all too well, working a Not Just Gin is very fast paced and can be very physically demanding, so certainly don't underestimate these ladies! 

 

Every Not Just Gin event will have a minimum of two bartenders and extra staff if glassware is required. For larger events or those of a longer duration, you are likely to see even more members of the team, particularly for events over 12-hours (yes, that's right, some really are that long once set up and pack down have been taken into consideration).

We take service with a smile extremely seriously, so you can rest assured that you and your guests will be well looked after! The team genuinely have so much fun working together, which is always reflected in the service they provide.
